1. Informational tools only, not legal advice.

FairHire and all of its content, including its question packs, interview and work sample task packs, the question auditor, its severity labels and safe wording suggestions, and any monitoring alerts, are general informational tools. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Nothing in FairHire is intended to create, and your use of FairHire does not create, an attorney client relationship between you and Luminid SRL or any of its owners, employees, or contractors.

2. Your responsibility.

You are responsible for your own hiring practices and for compliance with all laws that apply to you. Employment and hiring laws differ by country, state, province, and city, and they change often. You decide what to use and how to use it.

4. Scope and jurisdiction.

FairHire addresses common hiring law concepts, including certain United States federal, state, and local frameworks. It does not cover every law, jurisdiction, industry, or situation, and it may not reflect the most recent legal changes. FairHire does not determine the legality of any question or practice. Any result, score, severity label, or safe wording is an informational signal only and is not a legal conclusion.

5. Automated and AI based analysis.

The FairHire auditor uses automated and artificial intelligence based analysis. Automated analysis can produce results that are incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent. It may flag content that is lawful, and it may fail to flag content that is unlawful. All results require review by a qualified human, and you should not rely on the auditor as your only check.
